Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us right away with your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.

Non-returnable items
Final sale items, gift cards, and custom or personalized products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or item is to start a return, then place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method.
